What this tool does

The RDA Percentage Calculator turns your analytical values into an FSSAI-compliant nutrition panel. Enter values per 100 g or 100 ml and a serving size, and it returns per-serve amounts and the per-serve % contribution to Recommended Dietary Allowance.

The two bases it uses

Energy, total fat, saturated fat, trans fat, added sugar and sodium follow the fixed Regulation 5(3)(b) basis — 2000 kcal, 67 g, 22 g, 2 g, 50 g and 2000 mg per day.
Protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals follow the ICMR-NIN 2020 tables, adopted by FSSAI, for the reference group you choose.

It also checks the panel for internal consistency — that sugars do not exceed carbohydrate, sub-fats do not exceed total fat, and declared energy reconciles with the macronutrients — and gives you a ready-to-paste panel and a downloadable PDF.
